Definitions

Article 1: General

1.1 This Privacy Statement describes how the Controller processes the Personal Data of its Data Subjects, such as (potential) customers.

2.1 The Controller may process the following Personal Data:

  2. Email address
  3. Telephone number
  4. Device-related data such as IP address
  5. Communication preferences
  6. Cookie-based browsing information

2.2 Personal Data are collected when provided via the app, website or email, when contacting the Controller, or through usage data, including cookies.

2.3 The provision of Personal Data is voluntary. Refusal may prevent service delivery.
