Does my phone support eSIM?

After purchasing your plan, you’ll receive your eSIM by email with a QR code.

Go to your phone settings and add a new eSIM under mobile data, then scan the QR code. Follow the steps on your screen. Setup only takes a minute.

Once installed, select your eSIM for mobile data. To use it abroad, make sure data roaming is turned on for that eSIM.

Make sure data roaming is enabled for your eSIM, not just your primary SIM.

Your data plan usually starts as soon as you activate your eSIM.

This means your plan can begin before you travel, depending on when you install and activate it.

To get the most out of your data, we recommend installing your eSIM shortly before your trip.

Check the following:

  • Make sure your eSIM is selected for mobile data
  • Turn on mobile data and data roaming for your eSIM
  • Check your network settings and set it to 4G, 5G, or automatic
  • Restart your phone
